Legion beat Chip Durant
"The Heavyweight House of Pain" Stixx beat Ashe in the semi final of the SLAM title tournament. Phil Bedwell interfered in the match by hitting Ashe with Stixx's studded neck collar leading to the finish.
As Phil continued the beating, Johnny Storm ran out to stop it, only to be ambushed by Jorge Castano. Mr Tenacious and Castano then warned Johnny that more would come in the main event tonight.

Johnny Storm beat Jorge Castano in the semi final of the SLAM title tournament.
It is now officially Johnny Storm vs "The Heavyweight House of Pain" Stixx for the right to become the first ever SLAM wrestling champion.

Full results from the Melton Mowbray show on Saturday 11th April.
"The Heavyweight House of Pain" Stixx pinned Chip Durant after a splash mountain powerbomb to advance to the semi finals of the SLAM title tournament.
After the match, Stixx challenged a local DJ who was guest announcer for the match, but before they could fight, Yel Darb the Viking came out and gave Stixx a HUGE chokeslam.
Ashe pinned Cypher with a elevation DDT to advance to the semi final of the SLAM title tournament.
Class Act ("Textbook" Dave Fraiser and Matthew Pedin) beat The Fast and the Fearless (Paul Malen and Adrenaline) after a double team tope rope senton.
Johnny Storm beat Judas to advance to the semi finals of the SLAM title tournament.
Jorge Castano pinned Kaleb "The Samurai" Hughes with a german suplex to advance to the semi finals of the SLAM title tournament.

Full results from SLAM's final show in Corby at the Willow Arts centre on Saturday 7th March.
A loud and emotional crowd of 302 joined SLAM to say goodbye to their home venue and give it the send off it deserved.
With its new bigger ring, crowd barriers and the awesome Corby set up, it looked to be a night to remember from the get go.

After the match, Johnny gave an emotional speech saying goodbye to the fans in Corby and the home of SLAM.

Next up the debuting Legion was introduced to the crowd, but the man that SLAM academy regulars and others know as Nero entered. We dont know what is behind the name change but what we do know is he was his aggressive, arrogant self abd made an impressive debut and Legion has been signed to many more SLAM shows in the future.

SLAM kicked off the new year with an action packed show at the Tamworth Assembly Hall and now we know who is in the SLAM title tournament quarter fianls.

Tommy Freeman beat The Headmaster w/ his no.1 student "Textbook" Dave Fraiser
Chip Durant pinned "The Australian Superstar" Casey Hanson with a twisting swanton bomb.
Jorge Castano pinned Shabazz with a roll up after Mr Tenacious spat Whisky in Shabazz's face.
Johnny Storm pinned "The Playboy" Phil Bedwell after a 619.
Johnny Storm, Chip Durant, Jorge Castano and Tommy Freeman all advance to the SLAM title tournament quarter fianls.
In other results, Jetta pinned Bubbles with her feet on the ropes.
Yel Darb the Viking was suppose to face his giant nemesis Judas, but Judas sent word ahead of time that he feels Yel is not worthy of being in the ring with him. He sent, what he calls, a worthy replacement, a masked wrestler called Major Lee Rotten.
Yel Darb pinned Rotten with a chokeslam.
The new team of The Fast and the Fearless (Paul Malen and Adrenaline) beat the Murderers.

A few changes to the show before it went ahead, Eamon O'Neil (personal), Stephanie Scope (sick) and Chip Durant (injured) had to be replaced.
SLAM newest member, Ashe (replacing Eamon) defeated "The Bombay Dream" RJ Singh to advance in the SLAM title tournament after an elevated spike DDT.
"The Heavyweight House of Pain" Stixx pinned Andy Boy Simmonz with a roll up and his feet on the ropes to advance in the SLAM title tournament.
Judas pinned James Tighe to advance in the SLAM title tournament after a BIG back suplex.
Making her SLAM debut, Bubbles (replacing Stephanie) pinned Jetta with a fishermans suplex.
Cypher pinned Yel Darb the Viking to advance in the SLAM title tournament after Judas interfered and laid out Yel.
The Hot Shots (Paul Malen and Marcell Gibbons), Shabazz and Sean Maverick (replacing Chip) beat Casey Hanson, The Headmaster and the Murderers when Marcell pinned Casey after a diving headbutt.
Johnny Storm pinned "The Playboy" Phil Bedwell after a moonsault in the main event.
Ashe, Stixx, Judas and Cypher have all advanced to the quarter finals of the SLAM title tournament.

3) "The Bombay Dream" Ross Jordan w/Mr Tenacious pinned the debuting Black Ice with a Cal-Cutter (spinning diamond cutter)
4) Stephanie Scope (who was accompanied by Stixx) pinned Jetta with a reverse DDT, elbow drop combo.

Shabazz pinned Phil Bedwell with a diamond cutter. Jorge Castano pinned Shabazz straight after he pinned Bedwell with a roll up and a handful of tights. Johnny Storm pinned Jorge Castano with a wonderwhil driver and finally Storm pinned Stixx after a 619.

Official results from the Willow Arts Theatre in Corby on 30th March:-
Chip Durant pinned the Headmaster with a twisting swanton bomb off the top rope. After the match, "The Australian Superstar" Casey Hanson ran out and attacked Chip with his own hockey stick.
Yel Darb the Viking made short work of Cypher by beating him all over the ring and pinning him with a hammer blow in 2 and a half minutes.
The Murderers and "The Playboy" Phil Bedwell beat The Beaver Twins and Shabazz in a six man tag team match.
"The Wonderkid" Johnny Storm pinned "Bombay Dreams" Ross Jordan. During the match, Jordan used every dirty tactic in the book to gain the upper hand including blinding Johnny with powder.
The debuting team of "The Guvnor" Martin Stone and "The Misfit" Jorge Castano beat Jexodus.
Jetta pinned Stephanie Scope with her feet on the ropes after a wild brawl.
Paul Malen finally got payback for years of abuse when he pinned his teacher Stixx after a under arm side slam.

The big news from the show came from Paul Malen, Who after months of being bullied by his trainer Stixx finaly snapped and blasted Stixx with his own kendo stick. Management have signed the first ever singles match up between these superstars to be held at the very next Corby show in March. This is going to be one hell of a fight!

SLAM's debut show was held before a sell out crowd of 400 people at Corby's Willow arts center on September 16th 2006. A great night was had by all, the atmosphere was electric and the SLAM superstars went all out to give a fantastic night of wrestling entertainment.
